A growing trading operation was losing hours a day to manual order matching and risk checks — and making costly mistakes under pressure. I designed and built an automated system that now runs the entire process end to end, with zero manual intervention.

A finance team was managing clients and deals across spreadsheets, email, and a messaging app — nothing connected. I built a purpose-made platform that brought it all into one place, including the messaging app they already used every day.
